end call, no response

 after work i heard my phone ring and i stated my name twice. what is typical is that i then say 'end call, no response'. except this time just before i hung up i heard something, it was somebody from a political campaign. it was odd that they only knew i was from minnesota, nothing more specific about me. i said i am interested in hearing more about being able to do early voting, but my precinct just changed. and i am wondering how it would be handled when it is at a school. we spoke for about five minutes. i said i was uncommitted, but like to see candidates for office doing debates. speaking of that, when i was out doing a walk this evening i walked past a place with plenty of TVs on and one of them showed the president. it was on ABC, and when i got home i watched it. this was a special edition of '20/20' as it was a town hall meeting from philadelphia. various issues were covered, the most memorable was a lady who was crying, it appeared to be about her late mother. and she spoke of living the american dream, being an immigrant from the dominican republic. first time voting, just became a citizen. a rerun of 'the conners' was on after this program. during the walk i found 17 cents. the 'big bang theory' reruns were when bert dated rebecca, and announced on 'fun with flags' about getting her back by buying her things. it was followed by the one where sheldon helps penny after she gets injured. at work i stayed late to get the UPS caught up, and during this time somebody tried to get a red bag sent out same-day but i said the mail tubs were already sent out to be picked up.
