scream 7 movie

in the early afternoon i went to see 'scream 7', in Edina, at Southdale mall. i know i hadn't seen all of the previous movies in this franchise, i can only recall seeing 1,2, and 5. it is a reminder of how the movie industry has changed in the past 30 years. i have one of them on DVD, it is in a blockbuster case. and i saw '5' as a Redbox rental. both of those companies have ceased to exist as we know it. i watched my DVD copy of '1' in the morning, then went to have lunch at McDonald's. after lunch i headed to the movie. it was a good thing i re-watched that disc as movie franchises often copy things from earlier installments. it is what the fans expect, and often want, as it is familiar. i laughed a decent amount while watching it, so i enjoyed my time there. my only Halloween costume is the 'Ghostface' costume inspired by these movies, but i wasn't wearing it at this screening. it does remind me of where i was living when i saw '1' and '2', though, which was West Des Moines, Iowa. i paid my rent down the block in a costume shop and that shop sold the costume, but i didn't buy it there. i bought it after i had moved to suburban Chicago. some of the previews were of other horror movies, but the 'scream' franchise seems to be the only one i really like from that genre. after the movie i went to print two years of tax returns at a FedEx office. it worked just fine on printing with a release code as it was self-service. i found out the St. Paul Saints ticket i had ordered can be sent to google wallet, so one less thing that i needed to print. i had used that app just once so far, for the world junior hockey tournament. when i attend plenty of Saints games each season, this saves me some trips to the copy store to print those tickets out. after the copy store i got gas at a nearby speedway gas station and went inside for some snacks as well. i was getting annoyed with the clerk, though. he was flirting with the lady in front of me and then wanted to lecture me about still using the loyalty card and said i should be using the app. i didn't do much after getting home. i did the dishes, then hooked up my phone to recharge the battery.
