furniture delivery

plans had to be changed a little, as i knew there would be a furniture delivery in the afternoon. in the morning i made it to the post office. as expected, hadn't ordered anything lately so no orders to pick up. i did pay for my box, the six-month fee, though. then i got pizza at a nearby convenience store. when i got home i watched a united football league game on TV, Dallas at DC. the game was nearly over when i was called that the delivery would be arriving soon. it was earlier than i was originally told, but i didn't mind. it was done fairly quickly, i signed for it, then i was on to the St. Paul Saints baseball game. i missed the first two innings but i like how i still got to see more than half of the game. i bought two small items inside the souvenir shop, a mascot magnet and some decals from their theme nights including Crooks Haven. the saints won big against the Iowa Cubs, 16-2, and fans got to see plenty of the long ball. during the game i heard a song but what i found when searching it at home likely wasn't the same one. the lyric i recalled was 'cry me a river'. the most hits when googling it was a Justin Timberlake song. i still liked what i heard, though. it resonated with me as i once said it to a match from internet dating. i made it to Aldi in the early evening and got groceries, then watched the baseball game on fox. it was dodgers-cardinals in st. louis, and the cardinals won a close one, 3-2.
