in the afternoon i went to trylon micro-cinema in south minneapolis and saw the movie 'sullivan's travels' from 1941. i get emails from this place on a regular basis. i had read enough things about this one that it interested me. one of those was 'o brother where art thou', which became the name of a movie much later on. along with it being about travels. i did think of 'nickel and dimed', where the writer of the book lived among who she wanted to write about to see how tough it was to live on minimum wage. there was some comedy in it, with people falling into a swimming pool. i stayed in until i went to the movie, there was plenty of things i wanted to get done. i got a can of labatt from a nearby liquor store so now there are 5 beers waiting. i also noticed a desk left next to a dumpster, and claimed a ball as well as dominoes found inside of it. the ball was from when selig was commissioner of MLB. and when i was satisfied with being caught up on online activity it was midday. i turned on the football game, eagles-bears from chicago. i watched most of it, but had to leave early in the 4th quarter to get to the movie. bears were trailing and lost, despite 3 takeaways as they didn't get many points off turnovers. after the movie i watched a DVD of sub teacher's comedy set, a recent purchase. i am wondering if the CD will be the same set, this is likely. school bouncer was part of the intro to the video. the jokes i liked the most were about being a sub teacher and his grandma lady friend. 'the simpsons' was about a fitness trainer. later on i went on a walk and found 66 cents.
