At the comedy club tonight, the Perkins employee said it was like an Anne Rice book reading, likely meaning quiet. Others were about family cruises, being from a 'gene bog', manic depressive lizard weasel, and almost getting towed. The Tetris comic asked everybody to say 'whoo'. Postage stamp did one about a George Washington lie, I had previously said there was a Grant Wood painting about it called 'Parson Weems Fable'. Tortoise and Hare did one about a bathroom in a restaurant, going to 9 by himself, and 'we mostly just 11'. Fantasia did ones about the CIA controlling his mom's mind, chain smoking and 'The Rockford Files', and running a power plant. Rut-roh did ones about chess with Bob Seger, getting high and watching 'Apollo 13', as well as Smash Mouth and Shrek. The bartender did one about being 'one of the girls', and 'taco-cat'. The bathtub comic did ones about photo albums, a 1912 flood, and his mom activating rivers. The fever comic did ones about learning how to steal, airport sandwiches, and briefly being in jail. Happy meal was show closer, and I liked hearing of his plans to do comedy outside of the typical bar venue. Also liked hearing his passion for why he likes certain sports, like the chess match between a batter and pitcher in baseball. He did ones about 'just leave', uncross your arms, and how it sounded like killing a dolphin or goat.
