i understand this was the final day that the rivertown market in downtown st. paul was to be open. i went to shop there 3 times after finding out it would be closing. i walked past it tonight and saw the sign in the window saying 'closed, going to auction'. candy-land is next to it, i liked getting popcorn every so often at candy-land. there will be an auction but i probably won't be bidding on anything as i checked what is available. i write it off as 'economic darwinism' as the strong survive. i have a few items left that i bought there and aren't consumed yet. one is a box of cereal, the other is some bags of microwave popcorn. but i expect both to get eaten soon.
i had a job interview in downtown Minneapolis just before midday. i ended up talking about sports stats as it seemed relevant to be asked if i am good with numbers. will hope for the best on that one. i also performed tonight and spoke about it there.
