check stock dumped in hall

 it was a case of 'good news bad news'. check stock order for the month arrived, nearly a week late. but it was dumped in the hall, all forty boxes of it. saw it on the way to lunch. i ate lunch and then got out a cart, moving eight boxes at a time into the shop. i told my boss that i am cool with letting him argue it out with the supplier about the way it was delivered. in the evening i went to Hy-Vee in Eagan for groceries, ten items bought. Saints baseball game against the Iowa cubs was on fox-9 plus, but the Saints were way behind. saw some of it before, and after, the grocery run. listened to the game on the radio when i was in my car. i laid down and fell asleep and missed the ending of the game.
