i saw the UPS tracking number from the modem order and entered it at work. this was mid-morning and found out it was delivered to the store less than an hour prior. i found the time in the evening to pick it up just minutes before closing time. now we are back in business! i didn't waste any time getting things done once again, after too many trips to check email at a fed-ex office location. i placed an amazon order and registered for a meetup event later this month.
