wedding beer cozy

i went to an easter church service in downtown St. Paul, and after it was done i took a walk around the area. i saw a beer cozy and picked it up, looks like it was given out at a wedding nearly ten years ago. i have other beer cozies, first time i had heard of one being made for such an event. another thing picked up was an unwrapped piece of gum, 'Dubble Bubble', made by the tootsie roll company. there was an easter egg hunt after the service, don't know how this made it outside near the sidewalk. during the time in the fellowship hall i had some crackers and apple slices and a little muffin. i also looked at a framed item about John Calvin. odd how it said, ' his fame is second to none' and yet, did not mention Martin Luther. as i recall, at Sunday school once said how Calvin was a schoolboy at the time of the ninety-five theses. all about who is writing the history, i guess. there wasn't much else on the docket for the rest of the day. i had a pot pie and potato skins for lunch when i got home and watched a Charlie Brown DVD. it was the disc that has 'easter beagle' and 'arbor day' on it. i try to watch as many of these Charlie Brown specials as i can on an annual basis. there was another united football league game, on fox, starting in the late afternoon. it was San Antonio at D.C., San Antonio won. another sparse crowd, so i stand by what i have been saying how the outlook for this league is 'cloudy'. the game ran long, and 'the Simpsons' rerun was joined in progress, not much left of what appeared to be a 'Halloween episode' by then. also notable about the day was joining another meetup group, essentially replacing one that i had left a day earlier. i had attended six events in a group i had joined a little over five months ago because i wanted to go bowling. i all too often wasn't enjoying myself enough after that first event. during my walks i found 24 cents.
