santa fe trail movie

there wasn't much on the docket for the day, and this was fine with me as it was still warm outside. around midday, after having the second half of the sandwich, i put in a DVD movie. it was a recent purchase from goodwill, 'Santa Fe trail'. chose this one as it includes Ronald Reagan, and Errol Flynn. those two were in a love triangle, Reagan as George Custer and Flynn as Jeb Stuart. this was more about abolitionist john brown and how he met his end. these recent graduates of west point were then assigned to Fort Leavenworth in Kansas, and this led to the encounters with john brown and his followers. not the first Reagan movie i own, also have the one called 'winning team', as it is about baseball. i know, shocking. there are likely more to be found on disc as this is the actor that became president. after this was done i turned on the college world series. the game was already on progress but it was still early. there had already been an ejection by then, actually two, both were coaches for coastal carolina. LSU trailed early, but went on to win the game and the series. in the early evening i went out for a walk and noticed the dodge was gone, so i guess my friend picked it up and got it home. i said i noticed this, in a text message i sent. shortly after the walk was done i went to a meetup event, it was at a micro-brewery, black stack in st. paul. i had done an event there before. saw the dude in a cowboy hat, who i still think of as 'austin', where he once lived. i joined a trivia game and it meant reading cards, often saying 'who am i?' when i got home i did the dishes. during my walks i found 50 cents.
