i was taking a walk after lunch and near my workplace there is a gun shop. in the window there was a sign saying 'ask about price matching'. first time i had heard about it for weapons, usually i hear about it with grocery stores accepting coupons from competitors. i don't own any weapons, but this sure sounded odd. so i took a picture of it. at work i got caught up on running checks through the machine. there was a new business line to print checks from, over 300, the one i had just done test checks for this week. i wanted a green light from my boss before printing, as i wanted to do it right. so we had a quick call late in the day and it got done. actually the same code as another business line, but a different name. all of them said 'deceased', and most were 100 dollars or less. in the evening i went to hy-vee in eagan for my weekly grocery order. first stop was to their liquor store, where i got another can of schell's, so now there are 3 beers waiting. a hockey game had just started when i left to go to the grocery store, it was st. cloud vs. mankato. it was 2-2 at the end of the 2nd when i returned, but i opted to watch 'blue bloods' instead of see the end of the game. later on i went on a walk and found 67 cents. the 'big bang theory' reruns were when sheldon and amy had some warm-up dinner guests. it was followed by the one where the friends have a robot that destroys a toaster oven, but gets destroyed by kripke's robot.
