in the morning i got a look around on the platform while waiting for the light rail. one odd thing i saw was some sauce packets, six in all. it was three each of ketchup and mustard. i was going to put them into a small plastic bag i saw them in, then noticed there was a hole in it. i tossed it in the trash and all of the sauce packets were put into my lunch bag. i can use them with my evening meal for the next two nights. if i find something of use, then i will use it. a big believer in wanting to avoid wasting things whenever possible. and i am also the type to pick up trash on the train and put it in a bin at my stop. i don't get paid to do it but i have cleaned up after others before. a rep from i.t. asked me to print some test checks, and i did, four in all. i wasn't familiar with one of the business lines mentioned, so i was told to skip it and that is why it was four instead of more than that. we are changing the signature on the checks. i am fine with printing from that file, only after the live checks are printed. and i got it done before having to start running the afternoon files through the inserter machine.
