bug like an angel, mitski

when i was driving home from work i liked what i was hearing on 89.3, the current, so i kept it there. it was 'bug like an angel' by mitski. first time i had heard of this artist. something about the song stuck with me. was it the honesty? asking questions that may or may not have answers? the choir? likely all three. it reminds me of what was said in some musician bio-pics, about what works in music. especially the ones about johnny cash, as well as hank williams. 'a song that saves people' or 'everybody has a little darkness in them, and they hear it'. so i had to find the song on youtube and listen to it there when i got home. another one i heard on that radio station was june carter's 'jukebox blues'. surprised a little to hear it there. found it on youtube as well, not just june singing it but also from 'walk the line' when reese witherspoon, playing june, sings it. i like being done with work in time to hear the 5pm surprise on 97.1. today it was live's 'lightning crashes', presidents 'lump', and hole's celebrity skin'. i do recall all of those being hits, and i think i have two of the three on CD, but not he presidents song. at work the i-pay check volume went back down to the normal low volume, fine with me. the overnight volume was only slightly lower, as there was a file we get but not every day. i drank the can of hamm's with the evening meal so now there are four beers waiting. late in the evening i went on a walk and found 26 cents. the 'big bang theory' reruns were when penny got addicted to a computer game. it was followed by what likely was a season finale, as leonard and penny decide to elope. while amy said 'goodbye sheldon' saying she needed time to think about their relationship.
