wet-vac dumped out

when i had some down time in the morning, i knew there still was something in the wet-vac. i had used it twice since starting at the bank, on the bathroom floor. so i took it outside and dumped it out. odd to see some of the residue once i had, as there was a yellow push-pin. still inside was some paper clips, 5 in all. so i cleaned them off and put them in the box with the others to be used. i also used a paper towel on the filter to get as much gunk off as possible, but some of the filter came off as it was wet. but at least it is empty now, and i can leave it in the other room with a clear conscience. it likely hadn't been dumped out since prior to my start nearly 6 months ago. good thing i found a grassy area to dump it out, considering what was inside. also at work there was a big request to overnight checks, but it arrived late in the day and had to tell the business line that it would not be done same-day. i got an instant message asking about it, but said it was approved only 12 minutes before my scheduled leave time. when i was able to do 22 overnight requests this week on the same day, i was given way more time, more than 2 hours. i don't care if they were disappointed, as even at a meeting this week i said i need as much time as possible to complete them. my boss was interested in how i was unable to add a day off to an online calendar, it asked for a phone number and email account to verify but wouldn't let me use the work email. so he may be in on friday about it. will see if codes sent to my hotmail account are good enough. in the evening i went on a walk and picked up 26 cents. the 'big bang theory' rerun was when leonard and amy went to a wedding, and sheldon went to a toy train store. 'young sheldon' was about sheldon having a broken arm and having people sign the cast.
