at the end of my workday i went to the nearby dairy queen and got a peach cobbler blizzard treat. tasted good, and of course a reminder of a good story when i was in college in iowa city. at work i was asked by my boss to send a copy of a blank page of check stock. guess there was a meeting with the marshall office about the watermark. i claimed some pages related to birthdays that were put out in a common area, along with a pen caddy with the bank's logo that almost looks like a coffee cup. one of these pages said 'let's eat cake' and the other said 'make a wish'. late in the evening i went on a walk and found 61 cents. this was after i had been to hy-vee in eagan for groceries. the 'big bang theory' reruns were when leonard got nose surgery for snoring. it was followed by the one where the friends do their version of 'lord of the rings' where sheldon has a nightmare about looking like gollum.
