i had nothing of note booked for this weekend, but there were the typical chores and errand running to do. went to the post office, one order picked up. also paid for my box, the six-month fee. it was midday by the time i made it to the burger king in Eagan near a Cub Foods, i had lunch there. i had a whopper junior meal as it is lower calorie but still got a sundae for dessert. the monster version was not available, i said just get me whatever is close enough. i bought a Charlie Brown greeting card at Kohl's, which had a button attached to it. i had hoped to find a Christmas sweater as well, but not many with a Charlie Brown theme there. but i found one at Walmart, and it was cheaper. it has snoopy on his doghouse. now that the sweater is acquired, i have the appropriate outfit for a holiday party that i already have a ticket for. when i got home i laid down for a while, and when i got up i had the evening meal and went to get groceries at Aldi. then it was time for the world series, game seven. the bluejays led for much of it but the dodgers tied it, and it went into extra innings. the dodgers won 5-4 in 11 innings to take the series, 4-3.
