door opening dry run

i saw some emails and it looks like the inactive check printer is being picked up on friday. looks like it will be before midday, which is what i prefer. my boss had shown me where the keys are, and i needed some help on getting the big doors open. the dry run seemed to work fine. there are two sets of doors to open, and i figured out where the latches were and what side to push on to get them open. the tricky part was the outer door, which was stuck due to some ice-melt caught in the track at the bottom. the replacement printer was delivered last month on a day off for me, and i may have to follow up about needing more personnel to get it out of the shop as it is on a pallet. because the door is too small for the pallet. i have been emailed forms to have signed, and to be placed on the unit once it is shrink wrapped. even quoted a wham song, 'i'm your man', as the lyrics say 'if you're going to do it, do it right'. two days after the holiday, no surprise how the volume went up on the fargo check files. it meant a slight delay on printing i-pay. i called in a ticket on a check printer, unsure when a tech will be arriving although i gave the preferred times. 'the conners' mentioned the mechanical bull from the movie 'urban cowboy'. later on i went on a walk and found 28 cents. the 'big bang theory' reruns were when amy when on a tirade and said the fermi lab scientists were impostors. it was followed by the one where penny claimed a chair from the street and sheldon had a problem with it. i liked this one because penny answers the door and said 'what's up, buttercup'. then eventually she shows a cushion and sheldon runs away.
