rosario and grossman

i went to the Minnesota twins fan-fest this afternoon. i really like going to this annual event. notable was seeing some of the players there when i was taking the elevator back up from the sub-basement. their uniform shirts said Rosario and grossman. i actually touched elbows with one of them. i later on spoke with somebody in season tickets and was told they weren't rookies, they were outfielders that had been playing for the twins for a few years. i had to say i have cut back on the number of games i have attended, last season it was just two. i go see the st. paul saints way more. i arrived just after midday, i was ready to have lunch by then. but first i had some free bags of potato chips. eventually i had a hot dog, the vendor was roaming with his cart and it was cheaper than at the concession stand. i also liked having some ice cream, had to have some after seeing others with it. i got some small items for souvenirs, in the 'flea market' section in the sub-basement. i got two cards the size of postcards, of twins players. one was harmon killebrew, the other Michael cuddyer. i got a grab bag of baseball cards for a dollar as well.
   before leaving for the event, i saw an email about interviews for a job next week. i said i did have an appointment for Tuesday afternoon, but otherwise next week's schedule is fairly open. it may have been in reference to the call i got at the library the previous day. i did let them know how i would be 'attending an event' when i responded to them in case i got a response right away. but i did not get one. after the fan-fest i went to the grocery store. then eventually i went to perform and did karaoke. i did two songs, 'wonderwall' by oasis, and 'blaze of glory' by bon jovi. then after karaoke i went to a different grocery store and got two TV dinners and a donut, but ate just half of the donut before i got home and i am fine with saving the rest for later.
