appleton trivia

we must be nearing the end of the project as we did some trivia at work. i knew the one about the origin of the word tuxedo. the moderator spoke of trivia marathons at the college she attended, in Appleton. another indication of nearing the end was seeing some of the handwritten papers, near the end of the day. i scored 191 tests.
  i performed at two shows tonight. one of them was the 'one-minute sets'. it was the birthday party for international falls. although it was hard to find a parking spot there, in the dinkytown section of Minneapolis. eventually i found a surface lot, with a low-tech method of payment. it meant stuffing dollar bills in s lot, i am used to running my card now. one comic claims he couldn't find parking, and was absent. i pointed to him as he was in his car as i was about to go inside. the other venue i performed at was my typical one for the night. a short lineup, a little bummed that some of my friends were not there. somebody got ejected, the performer i will call 'target techie' as he was 'still in uniform' from work was telling me about it. i saw some of it but not all, just when the man got ejected. i have been performing for a while, it no longer fazes me when somebody gets ejected.
