searching for keys

i performed at two venues tonight. at the first my set waited a little while comics helped somebody search for their keys. eventually they were found, not sure when but it was after my set began. no problem finding material as usual. i did ones about car in shop, attending a baseball game, a recent movie, and doing karaoke. i also gave a ride to one of the MCs after the second show, was glad to. i said i just needed to finish my beer, and pay the parking fee. easier to get to know somebody one on one when this happens, i was asked how long i had been doing stand-up. i also stopped at a bar after this was done and was spotted by a bartender that liked seeing me. i said i like using the candy machine, since it is cheap as it is just a quarter. i said i have to think of where i can get stage time, and it explains why i hadn't been at the venue much lately.
   i scored 227 tests today, as usual getting warmed up later in the day. i saw postings on the wall stating the projects starting after the current one is done, and i have no offer yet. all the more reason to attend the aforementioned job fair this week. sounds like the project may be ending a little earlier than expected as well.
