garfield sweater

i was in the breakroom at work and a lady was wearing a Garfield the cat sweater. it said 'here's a quarter, call someone who cares' and i said i saw travis tritt in concert at the iowa state fair, and this is the title of one of his songs. she laughed. i scored 82 tests, i knew it would be a lower number since the hours are capped at 40 per week. i worked 90 fewer minutes than Thursday. there was mention of more test scoring to be offered, a different project apparently after this one ends in late april. most signed it as being available, a simple 'yes', i said 'most likely'.
i went to another fish fry tonight, at st. john's church in little Canada. it was a long wait but we got to eat. some mention of only baked fish as they were out of fried fish, i said as long as there was fish. i wasn't going to pay $10 for a cheese sandwich. they ran out of ice cream but i wanted to go get a shamrock shake at McDonald's anyway, and went there shortly after i was done eating fish. i am unsure at this point about where i go for the final one of this lent season, but i have the online article i printed so i know about the available options. a restaurant where i can get airline miles would be nice. i went home and got some of my recently acquired postcards into binders, not just ones from last weekend in Chicago-land but also some e-bay orders. i fell asleep while watching the college basketball tournament, but this time i woke up in time to get to the karaoke bar. i did 2 songs, 'blue moon of Kentucky' by bill Monroe, and 'easy lover' by phil Collins and phil bailey.
