i bought a hamm's beer shirt at a liquidation sale at carson's in Schaumburg. before then i toured the museum in elk grove village, the main story told was the town's transition from farming community to suburb. also in Schaumburg, i spoke about performing when i found an 'improv' comedy venue and gave my business card to the desk clerk. in the evening i went to the Chicago wolves hockey game in Rosemont, wolves lost to Rockford 3-2. after the game i went to the same karaoke venue as the night before, and sang '1979' by the smashing pumpkins.
