i watched the second 'harold and kumar' movie this morning, the one about escape from guantanamo. it happened on the way to amsterdam, and by the end of the movie they do get to amsterdam after plenty of diversions along the way. this was another farce, completely ridiculous and unlikely storyline. but i understand by now how some movies are not to be taken seriously. there was somebody playing then-president bush (43) in it. i still like harold way more than kumar. neil patrick harris is in this one as well, and ed helms has a small role. i recognized many of the songs in it, by poison, ice cube, boys 2 men, and kenny loggins. somebody was surprised to find out i found the first one at a video store, since i posted on twitter about it. they wondered if a video store was still a thing. but i really did find it at an independent video store.
in the late afternoon i went on a long walk and picked up 12 cents. i also ran the shredder and filled 2 more bags. not much else to say about the day, still really warm and it rained a little. 'the simpsons' was about movie spoilers.
