Enterprise Facebook Posting

    Recently I rented a car from Enterprise and didn't like the customer service I received. I made a call about how I still had no receipt yet, and I got an attitude from a rep when returning the car. It really annoyed me how they didn't want to do much for me. I posted something on their Facebook page and got a response to it. I can tell them more on their customer care website. Since I have worked in customer service before I know what it's like to be on both ends of the business transaction. Doing call center work, my first role with my current employer, led to me deciding that I would definitely no longer accept poor customer service. Somebody I didn't know already made a comment about it after the company did, saying they 'Passed the buck'. I said I was fine as long as they corrected it.
  At the comedy club tonight I liked getting a shout-out when laughing at the IED/IUD joke, apparently I was one of the few who laughed when it was first told. The same comic is known for the 'Letting him lay it in me' joke. My 'Bestie' was the show closer. I liked how he did the 'What are we going to eat?' joke and 'Porn in the hotel room'- bringing those two back as they're still good ones.
